Steven D Eversole: CEO
Mr. Eversole received a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Kentucky University in Industrial Technology. He began his career with American Electric Power (AEP), a Fortune 100 company. Steve led one of the largest area operations in the company with an annual budget of over $3,000,000 and revenues in excess of $40,000,000. He returned an area operation to profitability within 12 months by providing a vision, strategic direction, improving the attitude and morael of the employees and reviewing all processes and implementing best practices. Operations under his direction consistently met production targets and goals staying within budget.

Mr. Eversole is an experienced business owner, entrepreneur and investor and is the currently is the Managing Partner of Tri Global Holdings, LLC. His focus is on day to day operations of the companies oil and gas development interests. His experience includes restoring profitability to small companies within a few months. The company has successfully developed many profitable energy related partnerships and joint ventures by acquiring only those energy opportunities that ensure win-win results. The value of every acquisition has significantly increased.

C G Collins, Chief of Exploration and Production, Petroleum Engineer
Mr. Collins has extensive education and experience in the energy industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Campbellsville University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas. His experience ranges from equipment operator to Manager-in-charge with Dowell, a division of Dow Chemical. He also runs his own company, Collins Petroleum. He has drilled and/or developed over 800 wells in Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois, and Indiana.

Mr. Collins has served as Presidents of both the Tennessee Oil and Gas Association and Kentucky Oil and Gas Association; named Oil man of the Year – Tennessee; is affiliated with the American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical and Petroleum Engineering, the American Petroleum Institute, and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He has recently been credited with formulating a unique strategy to perform a remove and kill process in conjunction with Boots and Coots, of Houston, TX on an out of control oil well in Morgan County, Tennessee.

Samuel L. Winer, Consultant
Sam Winer has broad experience in corporate and securities transaction having formed, served as CEO and been a principal in energy companies and securities firms. Currently, Mr. Winer is President of Evergreen Management Corporation.

Mr. Winer was formerly Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Diagnostic Corporation of America, an OTC-BB company. Diagnostic Corporation of America was in the process of consolidating independently-owned medical diagnostic centers. The company was sold in late 2006.

Mr. Winer has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry having formed and was the president of INVESCO Oil Company and Lion Drilling Associates. These two entities participated in the drilling of 40 oil or gas wells in Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania for private investors.

Prior experience was as President, Director, and Chief Operating Officer of Wichita Securities, the Broker/Dealer arm of Wichita Resources, a subsidiary of Wichita Industries, listed on the American Stock Exchange. Wichita Resources was engaged in the exploration and development of oil and gas properties in Texas.

In addition, Mr. Winer was a consultant to Bear, Stearns, the underwriter for Inexco Oil Company, a NYSE company, in the marketing of Oil and Gas partnerships. He became a regional vice president for Inexco Oil Company and held a series of seminars in New York City educating stock brokers in the marketing of oil and gas partnerships. Later, Mr. Winer joined the Damson Oil Corporation, listed on the American Stock Exchange, in the same capacity. He moved to Florida, where he opened and developed the Southeast. Both of these companies were leaders in the drilling industry and had extensive holdings throughout the world.

Finally, Mr. Winer helped form a Broker/Dealer with 2,000 brokers and served as compliance officer for that firm. Mr. Winer is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University.
